Rip Van Winkle Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
The procedures, policies and guidelines are a direct reflection of the standards set forth by our governing body for soccer in the United States. We abide by the standards set forth by CDYSL, ENYYSA, FIFA, USYSA, USSF, and Region I of US Youth Soccer.
Refund Policy:
RVW consumes significant time and resources in preparing for the season from the time registration opens, some of which is the specific cost associated with each individual player. Refunds for player withdrawal are assessed based on the reason and timing of your withdrawal, relative to and unrecoverable cost incurred by the club.
TRAVEL PLAYER:
Travel player has been registered with RVW online, the amount minus $20.00.
Travel player has been registered with RVW and CDYSL, the amount minus $40.00.
Travel player has been registered and practices have started, NO refund.
RECREATIONAL PLAYER
Recreational player has been registered with RVW, the amount minus $20.00.
Recreational player has been registered with RVW and CDYSL, NO refund.
